Dean’s Message

The Faculty of Biotechnology at Merit University is a specialized faculty that aims to prepare graduates in various fields of biotechnology, such as medical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, environmental, and industrial. The faculty provides modern educational programs characterized by the integration of more than one specialty, along with highly equipped student and research laboratories to enable students to conduct scientific research and compete in the labor market. The university has been keen to attract a distinguished elite of faculty members and the assisting body to provide the necessary expertise to prepare a graduate at the highest level who has the ability to compete locally, regionally, and globally. The faculty aims to qualify students and prepare graduates capable of competing in various fields of biotechnology, especially medical and pharmaceutical, and meeting the needs of the labor market.
